HOSPITAL MANDATE

1. Actively commit to the success of the health reform initiatives of the State; and the Province of Lanao del Norte;

2. Behave as one network of provincial hospitals, working in harmony and cooperation, under the environment of empowerment that recognizes and respects distinct performance by each hospital;

3. Seek to continuously promote a reliable delivery of affordable, improved hospital/medical services to all hospitals clients, especially the poor; and

4. Ensure a sustainable economic operation of all provincial hospitals such that no one shall be deprived of hospital/medical services by reason of want of resources.
