Human Resource and Management Office

HRMO Mandate

The office shall take all personnel actions in accordance with the Constitutional provisions on civil service, pertinent Laws, and the rules and regulations thereon, including such policies, guidelines and standards as the Civil Service Commission may establish.

  • Installation of Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Implementation of the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 or the ARTA Law
  • Implementation of Performance Management System-Office Performance Evaluation System
