Provincial Accounting Office


Provincial Accountant’s Office is a department of highly competent and competitive staff, working together in a conducive workplace in a systematic processing of claims, equipped with electronic accounting system.


To deliver an effective internal control in processing of claims reflecting transparency in bookkeeping for the benefit of officials and employees of PGLDN, suppliers, contractors and partner NGA’s; certifies as to the correctness and propriety of supporting documents, through teamwork of approachable and competent staff with patience, integrity, and initiative; and ensuring the efficiency, economy and effectiveness in the government operations.


  • The Accountant shall take charge of both the accounting and internal audit service of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte.
  • Review supporting documents to determine completeness and accuracy of documents.
  • Prepare and submit financial statements to Local Chief Executive, Sangguniang Panlalawigan and Commission on Audit.


Financial Reports, remittances, certifications, processed vouchers and payrolls.
