TUBOD, Lanao del Norte – Engr. Melba A. Maghuyop assumes duties as the new Acting Environment and Natural Resources Officer (ENRO) of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte, following the retirement of former ENRO, Ramon Serapio, effective September 1, 2022.
Prior to this, Engr. Maghuyop is the Project Development Officer IV of the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO).
“I never expected to be chosen as the new ENRO as I have initially planned to retire this year. But I am indeed grateful to be given this great responsibility and a new opportunity to grow,” Engr. Maghuyop said.
Atty. Mark Christopher Babor, the Provincial Legal Officer and Acting Provincial Administrator, and Eugenie Pusing, the Provincial Human Resource and Development Officer also attended the said handover ceremony.
Atty. Babor expressed that although he was saddened by the unexpected retirement of Mr. Serapio, he had immense trust in the next ENRO saying, “Thank you for taking on the challenge as the new head of this office.” PIO-LDN
