
TUBOD, Lanao del Norte – Some 80 employees of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte recently attended a two-day training on Values-Based Public Service, spearheaded by the Provincial Human Resource Management and Development Office held at the Old Capitol Building, Pigcarangan, Tubod.
This training aims to develop and enable the participants to understand the importance of values in the delivery of public services to the constituents and stakeholders of the PGLDN. Moreover, it can also let the employees get acquainted with the basic principles of human relations and exemplify ethical decisions and accountability in the delivery of public service.
The PHRMDO invited Atty. Michael Roa and Alexander Conrad Jegonia III to be the resource speakers of the said training, tackling relevant lessons on values, public service, and ethical dilemmas encountered in the workplace.
Also present on behalf of Governor Imelda ‘Angging’ Dela Cruz Quibranza is Atty. Mark Christopher Babor, acting Provincial Administrator and the Provincial Legal Officer, who delivered his words of encouragement to the participants.
