TUBOD, Lanao del Norte – Provincial Governor Imelda’ Angging’ Quibranza Dimaporo recently met with the Barangay officials of some barangays of Tagoloan to turn over the counterpart of the Provincial with a total of Php 1.4 million for the KALAHI- CIDSS project.
 
Facilitated by the Provincial Social Welfare and Development office led by Ms. Annabelle Mendez, the cheque was turned over to the Local Government of Tagoloan through Mr. Bansala Sarip, the Municipal Administrator, and Ms. Sahara Jamil, the Municipal Treasurer.
 
The fund is intended for the concreting of the access roads for the 7 Barangays, namely; Dimayon (0.193km), Inagongan (0.377 km), Kiazar (0.236 km), Panlawan (0.165 km), Darimbang (0.178 km), Malimbato (0.104 km) and Dalamas (0.153 km) with a total length of 1.406 km.
 
On behalf of Municipal Mayor Mighty Dimakuta, Municipal Administrator Bansala thanked the Provincial Government and Governor Dimaporo for the complementary fund received.
 
“Over 60% of the roads in our Municipality are still not concreted, so it is a big help for us, as we continue the road to development”, Mr.
Bansala said.
 
In her message, Governor Dimaporo appealed for the continuous cooperation of every official as they deliver transparent service to the people. “Hoping that this will truly help your respective barangay. Though some of you will not always see us in the field, rest assured that we in the Provincial Government will continue to deliver public service with transparency and implement sustainable programs for every community.”, Governor Dimaporo added.
