KAPATAGAN, Lanao del Norte – Twenty-five (25) farm operators province-wide under Race Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Areas have been granted with Scholarship Program in Rice Machinery Operation (RMO) Training NCII by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)- Lanao del Norte National Agro-Industrial School.
This program of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte through the Provincial Agricultures Office is taken under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund.
Letecia Ditucalan, Provincial Agriculturist, said that after their Training Induction Program (TIP) on November 8, 2021, the farmers will undergo 32 days of blended (face-to-face & online) training classes.
The TIP participants were welcomed by TESDA LNNAIS Administrator Engr. Nazario Villamor.
Engr. Villamor expressed his earnest thanks to Gov. Imelda ‘Angging’ Quibranza-Dimaporo for allowing them to use the Provincial Nursery Seed Farm (PNSF) facility as a venue for the said training.
“It is just a beginning for more partnership for providing technical assistance and extension services to the farmers in the province,” Engr. Villamor added.
The farmer-students were oriented by Engr. Clifford Galenzoga regarding the class roles and the guidelines for the entire training duration and on behalf of the provincial agriculture office, Ms. Mechelle Merambel and Mildred Decalay attended and facilitated the activity. PIO-LDN
