The Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte, through Governor Imelda Quibranza Dimaporo, gives newly procured equipment to the LDN-Provincial Police Office.
The said turnover activity took place right at the Police Head Quarters (PHQ), Pigcarangan, Tubod, wherein it was formally received by PSUS Iris Rose J. Mamigo of Supply PNCO and PEMS Adam Pala of PCAD PNCO.
As a development partner, Governor Angging sees the need of having complete tools for the Philippine National Police (PNP) with their training programs and meaningful activities necessary to help adapt to the new normal. Having their own comprehensive and complete equipment will not just lighten the workload of our police force, for they will no longer rent and seek supplies, but they can also intensify their campaign to enforce the law for peace and order and to ensure public safety amidst the lingering effects of COVID 19 pandemic.
On behalf of the LDN- PPO family, PSUS Mamigo extends her genuine gratitude to the Provincial Government, especially to Governor Angging, for proactively supporting the LDN-PPO.
“We are truly grateful for all this equipment entrusted to us. We assure to take good care of these and will continue to efficiently perform our duties and responsibilities for our beloved province”, she added.
Substantially, PGLDN gave 100 units of Monoblock chair, six (6) units of big size collapsible tent, amplifier, audio mixer, speakers including speaker’s brackets, wires, stands, and microphones.
The turnover was led by Ms. Marites Sayles from the Provincial Governor’s Office together with the team from PGLDN – General Services Office.
Governor Angging also commends all the initiatives of the PPO in protecting the communities and for incessantly assisting the ongoing vaccination program. She assures the continued support of the PGLDN to the agency as they further uplift the lives of all people in the Province of Lanao del Norte. PIO-LDN
