In support for the BRIGADA ESKWELA 2021-2022, the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte, through the initiative of Governor Imelda ‘Angging’ Quibranza-Dimaporo, recently gave 30 gallons of red lead paint, 10 gallons of white latex paint and 10 gallons of enamel paint to Baroy Central Elementary School (BCES) situated at Brgy. Poblacion, Baroy, Lanao del Norte.
The PGLDN General Services Office (GSO) led the turn-over of paints and were formally accepted by the BCES School Principal Raquel J. Cabusas and District Supervisor Mr. Joselito Epe.
These paints are intended to add color and enhance the physical look of the school to make it more vibrant and child-friendly. Despite the challenges and modifications in the education system today brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, the teachers tirelessly and incessantly maintain the cleanliness of each classroom to sustain its order to make it more conducive for the students when the face-to-face classes resume. Moreover, the paints are essential for these will be used for repairs and repainting the classroom roofs, school gym, landscaping of the school ground and other BCES facilities.
“From the bottom of our hearts, we thank the Provincial Government headed by Governor Angging for your kind donation. Your generosity truly displays the heart of Bayanihan, as your donation will do so much for the school and most of all to our learners – the main recipients of your benevolence”, BCES Principal Cabusas said.
