Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte Vice Governor Maria Christina N. Atay, together with PGLDN employees and SP members, received her 1st dose of COVID-19 vaccine yesterday, May 26, 2021.

 

Through the Provincial Health Office (PHO) headed by Dr. Marujeta Isabel Opamen and in coordination with the Department of health, the inoculation for the 1st batch of employees at the Kapatagan Provincial Hospital was a success.

 

Also in the vaccination program to receive their 1st dose of the vaccine were the PGLDN Provincial Human Resource and Management Officer, Ms. Eugenie P. Pusing, and Sanguniang Panlalawigan members Hon. Allan J. Lim and Hon. Gilbert B. Lacida.

 

Governor Imelda ‘Angging’ Quibranza-Dimaporo firmly believed that in order to protect the province from the risks brought by COVID-19, those who are highly exposed to COVID-19 must be prioritized.

The vaccination for the A2 and A3 priority groups, the senior citizens and people with co-morbidities is still ongoing. PIO-LDN
