The Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte commends the Department of Agrarian Reform 10 for successfully handing essential projects to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) to 5 municipalities in partnership with the Department of Public Works and Highways, National Irrigation Authority, and the Local Government Units of Kolambugan, Tangcal, Munai, Magsaysay, and Tubod, on December 17, 2020.
 
Vice Governor Maria Cristina ‘Cristy’ N. Atay, on behalf of Governor Imelda ‘Angging’ Quibranza-Dimaporo, lauds the effort of DAR 10 headed by Regional Director Capinpuyan and MinSAAD Project Manager Eduardo Suaybaguio for delivering important projects, such as the Rural Water System, Communal Irrigation, and Bridge (Tulay ng Pangulo) to sustain the livelihood of the local farmers and convenience to the residents.
 
Farmer beneficiaries in Barangay Pantaon, Kolambugan, and nearby barangays in the Municipality of Tangcal will benefit from the newly constructed Level II Rural Water System. The farmers of Barangay Maganding in the Municipality of Munai will also benefit from another Level II Rural Water System installed in their area.
 
The Municipality of Magsaysay was grateful to receive the Communal Irrigation Projects, particularly in the barangays of Lumbac, Baguiguicon, and Lindongan. The said project will irrigate a total of 150 hectares of farmlands.
 
Also for the Municipality of Kolambugan, a bridge (Tulay ng Pangulo) was inaugurated in Barangay Palao connecting to the Municipality of Tangcal. The same bridge project was handed to the Local Government Unit of Tubod that will link Barangay Sto. Niño to the Municipality of Baroy.
 
Governor Imelda ‘Angging’ Quibranza-Dimaporo and the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, chaired by Vice Governor Maria Cristina ‘Cristy’ N. Atay, actively support programs, projects, and activities of the national government that give opportunities to alleviate the economic conditions of the people through coordination, cooperation, and collaboration with the Municipal Mayors and with the offices of the two District Representatives, 1st District Congressman Mohamad Khalid Quibranza Dimaporo, and the father of peace, unity, and development, 2nd District Congressman Abdullah ‘Bobby’ Dimakuta Dimaporo.
