Nowadays, in the middle of the quarantine brought by the pandemic, where traveling around the country/abroad is prohibited, a lot of people developed new hobbies that include exploring such as hiking, jogging, trekking, and biking. Knowing this, the people must be reminded to be responsible and to take care of the environment.

Prof. Manuel C. Cabido, the President of MSU-IIT Mountaineering Inc., gave a detailed lecture on Basic Mountaineering and Responsible Climbing, shared ideas and tips that have to be remembered before, during, and after the climb, and encouraged everyone to always exemplify the ‘Leave no trace’ principle.
