Appointed and Elected Officials of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte gathered for the two-day workshop to formulate the 2020 to 2022 Executive Legislative Agenda at Macapagal Training Center, Governor Arsenio A. Quibranza Provincial Government, Pigcaranga, Tubod on August 19 & 20, 2019.

Governor Imelda ‘Angging’ Quibranza-Dimaporo spearheaded the two-day Workshop along with Vice-Governor Maria Cristina N. Atay.

Governor Angging on her second term presented the Four (4) Executive Agenda to the Heads of Offices, Chiefs of Hospitals and to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, to Provincial Director Bruce A. Colao of DILG, and to the officers of the Philippine National Police, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Department of Agriculture, Department Trade and Industry, Department of Education, and to the different sectors of the government.

The Provincial Chief Executive expressly stated to continue the programs she started three-years ago-Sustainable Agriculture, Vibrant Tourism Industry, Better Health Outcomes, and Sustainable Peace. These four priority programs of Governor Angging are anchored with the Inclusive Growth Development Framework.

In the activity, presented were the highlights of the Draft Provincial Development & Physical Framework Plan (PDPFP) for 2019 to 2024, which include, Assessment of Vision 2020, Draft Vision 2024, Goals, Objectives and Strategies, and Indicative Programs, Projects, and Activities.

Vice-Governor Maria Cristina N. Atay presented to the body the Legislative Agenda of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in support to the Executive programs of Governor Angging.

In her opening message, the Provincial Chief Executive calls on all provincial government officials, appointed or elected to never cease to create, initiate and support programs that best serves the interest of the people of Lanao del Norte, and continue building positive relationship with the agencies of the national government by strengthening coordination, cooperation and collaboration.

2nd District Representative, Congressman Abdullah ‘Bobby’ Dimakuta Dimaporo, the Father of Peace and Development, was also present to share his insights and ideas in support of the programs of Governor Angging. PIO-LDN
